Expanding its presence in New York City, Lowenstein Sandler has nearly doubled its footprint at the Mitsui Building, 1251 Avenue of the Americas. The firm added 41,900 square feet for a total of 101,741 square feet in the 2.4-million-square-foot Rockefeller Center tower.

Lowenstein Sandler has been a tenant of the Mitsui Fudosan America Inc. building since 2004, and its new lease runs through 2023. The firm opened its New York City office in 2003, and first leased space at 1330 Sixth Ave., about four blocks north of its current location.
