• Vedder Price has added two shareholders in its intellectual property group, Thomas J. Kowalski and Deborah L. Lu, from Frommer Lawrence & Haug. Mr. Kowalski focuses on biotech, chemical and medical apparatus patent prosecution, licensing, counseling and litigation.
