Lawyers in the wrongful death suit against Tony Stewart say they have agreed with the NASCAR and IndyCar driver’s request to move the case from the Northern District to the Western District.
A proposed stipulation filed before Northern District Judge David Hurd in Utica asked the judge to approve a transfer of Ward v. Stewart, CA2015-000280, to the Western District’s Rochester Division.
