The jury in the trial against Dewey & LeBoeuf executives did not sit Wednesday, the second day in a row this week.

All parties showed up to court Wednesday morning to find out that a juror had called in to report he was sick with a flu and fever. Acting Supreme Court Justice Robert Stolz said a second juror who did appear Wednesday reported she wasn’t feeling well either.
