More than doubling the size of its New York City headquarters, LinkedIn Corporation has increased its operations at the Empire State Building with a 130,000-square-foot expansion. The Mountain View, California-based social media network has taken 280,000 square feet at the 1,454-foot high tower at 350 Fifth Ave.

“LinkedIn has had a presence in New York City since 2007, having called the Empire State Building our home since 2010,” said Doug Madey, LinkedIn’s corporate communications manager based in Mountain View. “Talent is our number one operating priority, and the additional space in this iconic building will allow us to grow while providing the best amenities to our employees.”
