H. Rodgin Cohen, senior chairman of Sullivan & Cromwell, spoke Wednesday about the challenges facing the banking industry and how lawyers should respond.
Although the banking system possibly has been never stronger in terms of capital and liquidity, Cohen said, it faces challenges from multiple sources, including high regulatory expectations and requirements.
