The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit has vacated the conviction of former Deutsche Bank Alex.Brown banker David Parse because Catherine M. Conrad, a suspended lawyer, told several lies to get onto the jury in 2011 and then worked to convict Parse and three others, including two partners at the now-defunct Jenkens & Gilchrist.

The government is not saying whether it intends to retry Parse.
