A Port Washington attorney who has been suspended since last year after he was unable to account for more than $1 million missing from a deceased client’s estate has been disbarred.

The Appellate Division, Second Department, said Wednesday that Rudolph Ronald D’Amato was suspended in July 2014 after failing to answer a December 2103 petition filed by the Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District
