Chuhak & Tecson, a 67-attorney firm in Chicago, opened a New York office Wednesday with nine attorneys, focusing on serving major banking clients.

Joshua Hyman, head of Chuhak’s 24-attorney banking practice who is leading the new office, said several financial institution clients encouraged the firm to open an office in New York. Clients include Banco Popular North America, U.S. Bancorp and JPMorgan Chase.
