Buffalo-based Damon Morey is in preliminary merger talks with Syracuse-based Hiscock & Barclay, said Damon’s managing partner Peter Marlette, adding, “We’re dating, we’re getting to know each other.”
“We’re feeling each other out, and it’s hasn’t gone any further than that,” Marlette said Wednesday, but added, “We’re planning on continuing to talk.”
