Day Pitney went public Monday with plans it hopes will make it more attractive to corporations clamoring for larger numbers of minority attorneys on their outside counsel teams. The firm announced its strategic alliance with Gray Haile, a minority-owned corporate law boutique based in Washington, D.C. "Day Pitney is firmly committed to better reflecting the demographics of the companies we are serving," said Day Pitney co-chairman James Sicilian.
