In a busy day, the Supreme Court Monday upheld the "Beef: It's What's For Dinner" government program that encourages consumers to eat beef over the protests of some beef producers unhappy about being taxed to pay for the program. The Court also sidestepped an international dispute involving the World Court and Mexican nationals on death row in Texas. And the justices stepped back into the abortion fray by agreeing to review a New Hampshire law which requires a minor seeking an abortion to notify a parent.
