For years, in minor-impact automobile collision cases have attacked the credibility of the plaintiff's claims of injury with pictures. They display photos of the plaintiff's car and argue that the lack of visible damage means that the plaintif couldn't have been seriously hurt. However, that argument isn't reasonable, and victims can still get properly compensated.
