Brady, en banc?: Patriots quarterback Tom Brady’s lawyers will ask a full sitting of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit to reconsider a panel’s earlier decision that reinstated Brady’s suspension in connection with the “deflategate” controversy.
In an interview with ABC News, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher partner Ted Olson, one of Brady’s lawyers, said, “The facts here are so drastic, and so apparent, that the court should rehear it.”
