Gregory Lawrence will join the firm as a shareholder in the global energy and infrastructure practice. Previously, he worked at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft. He earned his J.D. from New England School of Law.

HOGAN LOVELLS

Kelly Tubman Hardy has joined the firm’s corporate practice in the Baltimore office. Previously, she was DLA Piper’s regional office head for corporate and securities. She received her J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. Alice Valder Curran, a Hogan Lovells health partner in the government regulatory practice, becomes regional managing partner for the firm’s Washington, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Northern Virginia and Minneapolis offices. She also will be the Washington office managing partner. Her predecessor in the position, Emily Yinger, becomes the Northern Virginia office managing partner. Curran earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School, and Yinger earned her J.D. from University of California at Los Angeles School of Law.
