Bingham McCutchen, a firm that has faced drops in revenue and partner headcount since 2013, has new leadership in its Washington office.
Corporate lawyer Carl Valenstein and securities enforcement lawyer Elizabeth Baird assumed co-managing partners positions for the Washington office about six weeks ago, Baird said.
