Internet Privacy: In a landmark decision, Europe’s highest court said that Google must listen and sometimes comply when individuals ask the Internet search giant to remove links to newspaper articles or websites containing their personal information, the Associated Press reports.

Hand Them Over: A federal judge ruled that former U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner must hand over documents to Standard and Poor’s relating to the ratings agency’s claim that the United States sued it in retaliation for downgrading government debt, Reuters reports.
