Sandy Rizzo joins the firm as a partner and will focus on energy regulatory issues. Previously, she was head of the energy regulatory group at Bracewell & Giuliani. She earned her J.D. from the College of William and Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law.

Ryan Blaney, a health care attorney, and David Heffernan, an aviation attorney, join the firm as members. Blaney previously worked at Proskauer Rose, and Heffernan was at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr. Blaney earned his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School. Heffernan earned his J.D. from Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law.
