Jackson Walker (Dallas): Drew Darby joins the firm’s real estate and energy practices as of counsel and will work with the firm’s Austin and San Angelo, Texas, offices. He will focus on issues related to real estate, energy, water law and commercial transactions. Previously, Darby was a partner at his own Darby Law Firm.
Kaye Scholer (New York): Philip Giordano joins the firm’s antitrust practice as counsel and will split his time between the Washington and Palo Alto offices. Previously, Giordano served as a trial attorney in the national criminal enforcement section of the Department of Justice Antitrust Division.
Berger Singerman (Miami): Don Hayden joins the firm’s dispute-resolution team as partner in the Miami office and will focus on international disputes. Previously, Hayden was a partner at Baker & McKenzie.
Briggs and Morgan (Minneapolis): Robert King Jr. joins the firm’s trial team as partner in the Minneapolis office and will focus on tort cases and civil matters. Previously, King was a partner at Lommen Abdo Cole King & Stageberg.
DLA Piper: Jeremiah Sullivan joins the firm’s corporate and finance practice as partner in the Boston office and will focus on mergers and acquisitions, investment and corporate finance. Previously, Sullivan was a partner at Goodwin Procter.

Pipitone will focus on maritime law and Bullock will focus on energy and maritime matters. Previously, Pipitone was a partner and Bullock was senior counsel at Chamberlain Hrdlicka.
Perkins Coie (Seattle): Dean Harvey joins the firm’s technology transaction and privacy practice as partner in the Dallas office and will focus on technology and business process-related commercial transactions and data privacy and security. Previously, Harvey was a partner at Andrews Kurth.
Saul Ewing (Philadelphia): Robert Clothier joins the firm’s higher education and commercial litigation practices as partner in the Philadelphia office and will represent colleges and universities in matters related to defamation, privacy, employment and discrimination, as well as copyright and trademark issues.
