Esposito focuses on commercial litigation with an emphasis on disputes involving insurance contracts, coverage and defense of bad faith. Previously, Esposito was an associate at Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi. She received her J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2005. Michael Sloan has joined the firm’s appellate and trial support practice group as an associate in the West Palm Beach, Fla., office. Sloan focuses on employment, civil rights, administrative law and criminal law. Previously, he was a staff attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He received his J.D., from Boston University School of Law in 2010.

Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott (Pittsburgh): Kyle Meyer has joined the firm’s litigation division as an associate in the Harrisburg, Pa., office. Meyer focuses on general litigation matters. Previously, he served as a judicial clerk to both P. Kevin Brobson and Keith Quigley of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. He received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2009.

Pepper Hamilton (Philadelphia): Stephen Montgomery has joined the firm’s intellectual property transactions and rights management practice group as an associate in the Pittsburgh office. Montgomery focuses his practice on intellectual property matters. Previously, he was a patent attorney at Thorp Reed & Armstrong. He received his J.D., from The John Marshall Law School in 2010.

Plunkett Cooney (Detroit): Margaret Czuchaj has joined the firm’s litigation practice group as an associate in the Bloomfield Hills, Mich., office. Czuchaj focuses on premises and retail liability, motor vehicle no-fault liability and motor vehicle negligence. She received her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2010.

Weingarten Brown (Los Angles): Leslie Eggers joins the firm as an associate. Eggers focuses her practice on litigating securities fraud, antitrust, employment, real estate and intellectual property matters. Previously, she was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. She received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2010.

McGuireWoods: Brian Kelly has joined the firm’s energy and environmental department as partner in the Baltimore office. Kelly focuses on global energy and infrastructure development, mergers and acquisitions, and project finance transactions. Previously, he was an associate at Bracewell & Giuliani. He received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2001.
