Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel has signed on to advise Dewey & LeBoeuf’s bankers in their attempts to recover $75 million owned by the struggling law firm. The last remaining partners were ­moving late last week to new professional homes.

EDWARDS JURY DELIBERATES

The criminal campaign violations case against ­former Senator John Edwards (D-N.C.) was headed to the jury on May 18, the Associated Press reported. Neither Edwards nor his paramour Rielle Hunter took the stand. He is accused of funneling $1 million from wealthy donors to support her.
