Previously, he was senior patent counsel and head of the patent group at Bayer CropScience L.P. He earned his J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law.
Carl Charneski, 59, has joined the International Trade Commission practice in the Washington office of Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione. Previously, he was an administrative law judge at the U.S. International Trade Commission. He earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law.
