Jonathan Stevens, 38, has joined Baker & McKenzie as a partner in the firm’s New York and Washington offices. Stevens focuses on domestic and international tax aspects of acquisitions and dispositions, post-transaction integration of acquired businesses, and intellectual property licensing and planning, as well as multijurisdictional affiliated group restructurings and other global tax minimization strategies. Previously, he was a partner at Jones Day in New York. He earned his J.D. from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law.
