Arnstein & Lehr (Chicago): Andrew J. Sannes joins the firm’s business organizations and transactions and mergers and acquisitions practice groups as an associate in the Chicago office. Sannes will focus on transactional and contractual matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, financial and corporate restructuring and structuring partnerships. Previously, Sannes was an associate at Cheng Cohen and DLA Piper. He received his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 2004.

Blank Rome (Philadelphia): Scott F. Budzenski joins the firm’s business restructuring and bankruptcy group as an associate in the New York office. Budzenski will focus on complex Chapter 11 reorganization and liquidation cases. Previously,, Budzenski was an associate at Otterbourg, Steindler, Houston & Rosen. He received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law.

Babst, Calland, Clements and Zomnir (Pittsburgh): Erica L. Koehl joins the firm as an associate in the litigation services group. She received her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2009.

McGlinchey Stafford (New Orleans): Tod Everage and Anthony Marchese join the firm as associates in the New Orleans office. Everage will practice in the commercial litigation section, and Marchese will practice in the consumer financial services and commercial litigation sections.. Both received their J.D. degrees from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2009

Willcox & Savage (Norfolk, Va.): J. David Crain and Bartholomew J. Gengler join the firm as associates in the Norfolk office. Crain will practice in the catastrophic loss and insurance coverage litigation practice group and will focus on defending excess liability carriers faced with catastrophic losses in jurisdictions around the country. He received his J.D. from the College of William and Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law in 2009. Gengler will practice in the commercial litigation practice group and will focus on representing companies in federal and state trial courts, and before arbitration panels and administrative agencies. He received his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2009.
