Two Midwestern law firms, Locke Reynolds and Frost Brown Todd, have announced they are merging, creating a firm of 450 lawyers with offices in five states. The new firm will keep the name Frost Brown Todd. The merger gives Locke Reynolds' clients access to Frost Brown Todd's expertise in corporate, finance, labor and employment law, patent and environmental matters, while allowing Frost Brown Todd to expand into Indianapolis.
