Moore will focus on patent dispute litigation, securities litigation and products liability. Novack will focus on securities class action and derivative litigation and corporate governance matters.
Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler (New York): Steven A. Zalesin has been named chairman of the firm’s litigation department. Zalesin succeeds Paul G. Gardephe following his appointment to the bench of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
