Marilyn J. Mosby, the former Baltimore City state’s attorney convicted of making a false mortgage application and two counts of perjury, has received a nonprison punishment.
U.S. District Judge Lydia K. Griggsby on Thursday sentenced Mosby to 12 months of home confinement as part of 36 months of supervised release, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland.
