A former Maryland state judge removed from office for alleged misconduct has filed an updated federal complaint seeking damages from her former colleagues.
April T. Ademiluyi, who served as a Prince George’s County Circuit Court judge from December 2020 until her removal, alleges she’s the victim of retaliation in her second amended complaint filed May 16 in Maryland federal court.
