Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer said it will dish out year-end bonuses above the market scale for top billers, while the firm is matching the latest associate salary scale for top law firms.
Arnold & Porter, which had average profits per partner last year of $1.4 million, will match the market for year-end bonuses, starting at $15,000 (pro-rated) for first-year associates, up to $115,000 for the class of 2016 and on.
