Cozen O’Connor is combining its strengths with Swain Wood, former North Carolina first assistant attorney general, through a new alliance aimed at leveraging Wood’s experience in the state attorney general’s office to represent clients facing state AG inquiries, investigations, and litigation.

The “strategic alliance” between Cozen O’Connor and North Carolina-based Morningstar Law Group, where Wood is a partner, will allow Wood to work alongside Cozen O’Connor’s state attorneys general group to advise clients on an ongoing basis, the firms said Tuesday.
