As demand for health care lawyers continues to run high in Big Law, McDermott Will & Emery is adding a veteran in the space, Erin Kelly, a senior vice president, deputy general counsel and chief compliance officer at home health care company Signify Health.

Kelly joins McDermott’s health care practice as a partner in Washington, D.C., focusing on regulatory and compliance issues as well as transactions. Her experience includes navigating contract structures and novel care delivery models, as well as compliance matters such as the Medicare Advantage program.
