In an interview published Friday, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito Jr. said he has a “pretty good idea” of who leaked a draft version of his decision overturning Roe v. Wade, but said he didn’t “have the level of proof” necessary to name the alleged culprit.

Alito spoke about the unprecedented leak in an April 13 interview with the Wall Street Journal, which was published Friday.
