Former President Donald Trump attorney John Eastman is only turning over a limited number of documents sought by the committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol.

Eighteen of the nearly 600 requested documents will be handed over after Eastman agreed to revoke privilege over them. A sealed list of the requested documents with notations for those with existing privilege was submitted along with Monday’s filing.
