President Joe Biden’s special commission on the U.S. Supreme Court unanimously approved a final report Tuesday that makes no specific recommendations for change but provides a comprehensive analysis of the pros and cons of reform proposals, such as term limits.

The report “aims to provide a fair and objective treatment” of the often controversial issues surrounding proposed changes to the nation’s highest court, commission co-chair Bob Bauer of New York University School of Law said.
