Frost Brown Todd is suing the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for what the law firm insists are failures to adequately and promptly deliver on several Freedom of Information Act requests.

The firm has aimed its sights on the Health Department’s Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), which Frost alleges has failed to provide agency records that were first requested in 2018, and for hundreds of thousands of dollars the firm paid the agency to deliver the requested materials.
