A federal judge in Washington, D.C., threw out most claims made across several lawsuits over last year’s forced clearing of Lafayette Square, including allegations individually targeting former President Donald Trump and ex-Attorney General William Barr. 

U.S. District Judge Dabney Friedrich of the District of Columbia last month heard arguments on 15 motions to dismiss filed across four federal lawsuits tied to law enforcement’s actions in clearing the park of peaceful protesters, ahead of a photo opportunity at a church by then-President Trump.
