The building once housing Tom Girardi’s law office is being sold, with more of the embattled lawyer’s real estate properties planned for sale soon, according to a trustee of his estate.

The trustee, Jason Rund, told a bankruptcy judge Tuesday that one of the two buildings once occupied by Girardi Keese in downtown Los Angeles would soon be sold, while another “has multiple partners in it, and we’re addressing that building currently.”
