[Motley Rice continues] to advocate on behalf of [its] clients and other plaintiffs as a member of the Takata bankruptcy’s Trust Advisory Committee, which meets every three months to plan the next steps in the bankruptcy process. [The firm is] pleased that the work completed by this committee will soon result in the first payments for victims and survivors who suffered debilitat­ing injuries caused by defective Takata air bags, which will be issued by the trust special master in October 2019.
