Tell us about your biggest client wins this year. [Motley Rice continues] to advocate on behalf of [its] clients and other plaintiffs as a member of the Takata bankruptcy’s Trust Advisory Committee, which meets every three months to plan the next steps in the bankruptcy process. [The firm is] pleased that the work completed by this committee will soon result in the first payments for victims and survivors who suffered debilitating injuries caused by defective Takata air bags, which will be issued by the trust special master in October 2019.
