Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher has lured a leading antitrust practitioner, Richard Parker, away from O’Melveny & Myers in the capital.

Parker previously co-chaired O’Melveny’s antitrust and competition practice, which triumphed over the Justice Department in court on behalf of AT&T in the blockbuster Time Warner merger case earlier this week.
