McIver has said it was an accident and initially faced involuntary manslaughter charges. A grand jury indicted him for murder in April. A judge revoked his bond after officers found a gun in his home. Judge McBurney is reviewing material presented at today’Äôs hearing to determine whether bond will be granted.
