NSA in Court: U.S. District Judge Richard Leon’s scheduled a status hearing today at noon in Washington to talk about the next steps in D.C. lawyer Larry Klayman’s suit against the NSA’s bulk collection of phone records. The D.C. Circuit last week overturned Leon’s injunction against the intelligence agency. But the appeals court kept alive Klayman’s suit, one of several in the country that challenges the lawfulness of the NSA collection program.
