A team from Simpson Thacher & Bartlett led by new litigation practice co-head Jonathan Youngwood scored an appellate win on Friday for former members of Lehman Brothers’ Benefits Committee.

The putative class action–we’ll call it Rinehart v. Locals 302 and 612, but the full caption runs a whopping 12 pages–was one of the few remaining cases stemming from the 2008 bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.
