Securities litigator Jonathan Youngwood is stepping up to co-head the litigation practice at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, the firm announced Monday.
Youngwood succeeds Tom Rice in co-directing the 200-plus lawyer group alongside Paul Curnin. Rice remains active in the firm and continues to serve on its executive committee.
