Daralyn Durie has quite the hot streak going.

Back in late June, she and her Durie Tangri partners Joe Gratz, Andy Esbenshade and senior associate Jesse Lanier helped Activision fend off a $400 million copyright suit in the Eastern District of Texas brought by Booker T. Huffman of World Wrestling Entertainment fame. Huffman claimed a character in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 was based on a comic book hero made in his likeness. Durie called to the stand the 6-foot-6 former American Gladiator cast member who actually served as a model for the character, essentially sealing that case.
