Two of Reed Smith’s Washington-based attorneys, Eric Dubelier and Katherine J. Seikaly, filed notices of appearance Wednesday on behalf of one of the Russian companies accused by special counsel Robert Mueller of interfering in the 2016 elections.

Dubelier and Seikaly are representing Concord Management and Consulting, which a grand jury in Washington, D.C., charged on eight counts in February 2018.
