Morrison & Foerster lawyers on Friday jumped into the middle of one of the nation’s top controversies: allegations that Planned Parenthood is selling tissue from aborted fetuses.

Working pro bono, MoFo lawyers filed suit on behalf of the National Abortion Federation, winning emergency injunctive relief against anti-abortion activists who released secretly recorded videos accusing Planned Parenthood representatives of negotiating deals for fetal body parts.
