For more than 48 years, Jackson Lewis has focused its practice on workplace and employment law. With 21 offices across the United States, 384 lawyers, 50 paralegals and 400 support staff, communications were becoming challenging in our fast-paced environment.

In 2004, our management committee realized our phone systems were bordering on obsolete. To make matters worse, our telephone systems varied from office to office making it difficult to share messages and calls. When it came to telecommunications, every office was basically an island unto itself.
