Business software developer Computer Associates International Inc. said Thursday it has agreed to acquire venture-capital-backed software company Wily Technology Inc. for $375 million in cash.

Wily, based in Brisbane, Calif., is backed by investors including Greylock Partners, Accel Partners and Focus Ventures. The company makes programs that help diagnose problems in corporate software applications while they run in real time.
