Proofpoint has announced a new offering, eDiscovery Analytics, which should be available late this year to improve document review. Proofpoint, a cybersecurity and compliance company, said the platform will find, identify and review documents, along with allowing for search, data visualizations and predictive coding.

“Our new eDiscovery Analytics platform empowers legal teams to efficiently conduct in-house reviews,” Joe Diamond, product marketing director at Proofpoint, told Legaltech News. “Enhanced self-service search, preservation and review capabilities help teams review only relevant data on the first pass. We also reduce the result sets that need to be exported to third parties, which ultimately reduces e-discovery costs. This is especially true when it comes to hourly, third-party legal time.”
