The announcement of the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, and the release of documents explaining its principle and structures, herald the end of an uncertain era over transatlantic data transfers. With Safe Harbor in the rear view mirror, many now turn to the question of how to best adapt to the new regulatory paradigm. But this is a task not easily accomplished.
